| General |

1. The ‘Company’ means Arran Aromatics Limited. The
‘Purchaser’ means the person, firm or company whose order is accepted by the
company. |
| Price |
| |
2. The Company reserves the right unless otherwise stated,
to invoice at the Company’s list price ruling at the actual date of
despatch. |
| |
3. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT (where
applicable,) at current rate. |
| Payment |
| |
4. Payment is due strictly 30 days from date of invoice. The
Company reserves the right to charge interest at 3% above the Bank of
Scotland base rate on all overdue accounts.

| Delivery |
| |
5. Delivery will normally be within ten 10 working days of
receipt of order. |
| |
6. The Company will use their reasonable endeavours to
deliver goods promptly but accept no liability for delay in delivery from
any cause. |
| |
7. Non-delivery must be notified within 14 days of invoice
receipt. |
| Carriage |
| |
8. For UK mainland deliveries, order values below £300.00
exclusive of Vat will be subject to a Carriage Charge of £7.50. |
| Claims |
| |
9. Breakages/shortages must be signed as such on receipt and
notified to us within 3 days. |
| |
10. No claim for damage can be accepted unless you have
advised the carrier in writing. Consignments should be signed ‘ unchecked’
if this is the case. |
| Retention of Title |
| |
11. Upon delivery of the goods to the Purchaser, the risk
shall pass but the Company shall remain the Owner of them until such time as
the Buyer shall have paid to the Seller the full price thereof. |
| Law |
| |
12. Any dispute to be governed by Scottish Law. |
| Availability |
| |
13. While we endeavour to maintain appropriate stock levels
throughout the year, we regret that we cannot always guarantee to have every
item in stock at any time and goods are therefore offered subject to
availability. We do not send out small back orders unless specifically
requested to do so. |
